Using TypeSense in MIT Licensed Project with Docker

TLDR Yuhong inquired about using TypeSense in a MIT licensed project with Docker. Jason confirmed it's fine as long as the source code isn't modified.

Hello, are we allowed to use TypeSense in an MIT licensed project if we are just hosting TypeSense in a docker container? I'm not overly familiar with the GPL license, please advise! Thanks!\

Yup, that’s fine. GPL only kicks in if you modify the source code for Typesense itself. If you’re just running Typesense via Docker, there’s no issues with using it with an MIT licensed project
