Upgrading to Version 0.24.1 for Curation Rule Debugging

Based on our previous conversation, we would have to upgrade you to the latest version and then debug from there

Could you schedule a version upgrade to 0.24.1 via the cloud dashboard (Cluster Configuration > Modify) for the cluster that has these curation rules? We can then debug from there
