Multi-region TS SDN and Data Center Locations Query

TLDR Campbell asked for recommended data centers for most search volume and if they could use their own subdomain. Jason suggested Ohio, Frankfurt, Sydney, Singapore, São Paulo, and using Cloudflare DNS.

Hey. Two questions re: multi-region TS SDN:

1. Our primary search volume will come from Europe/UK, US/CA, and Australia. Do you have any recommendation for the specific data center locations we choose in each of those 3 regions?
2. Can we use our own subdomain for the cluster, either A or CNAME to reference it?
Thanks,
Jason

re: your own subdomain, not from within Typesense Cloud, but you can use something like Cloudflare DNS with the proxy setting turned ON to setup custom hostnames for each of the Typesense endpoints.

As a nice side-benefit you also get DDoS protection: https://typesense.org/docs/guide/data-access-control.html#ddos-protection

Hey Jason, if we wanted to go with 5 regions to maximize coverage and minimize latency world wide, what data center locations would you suggest?
