Hi Is there an SLA for typesense cloud? Not regarding support, but more for service stability, like uptime response time etc.?

Regarding general service uptime, Typesense Cloud's status is publicly available through here. Response times vary on your dataset, your queries etc. We always benchmark our builds on GitHub as well

We don't have a committed general SLA for Typesense Cloud. However we do get paged when cluster health checks fail and we actively intervene to reduce service impact. With HA clustering, single node failures cause no impact to business even as the recover happens behind the scenes to replace the failed node.
