Does anyone ever have issues logging into typesense cloud? I reset my password, but then it doesn't let me log in. It says "Invalid E-mail address, password or one-time code." Or it will say reCAPATCHA verfication failed. I have not been able to log in now for days and am trying to move to a paid plan

Malik, I noticed that you have two accounts: one linked to GitHub authentication and another using password authentication. Using different login methods creates separate accounts. Your Password Auth account is not locked, but it currently shows 2 failed login attempts, which typically indicates incorrect password entries. Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and refreshing the page?

i tried using an incognito window and the password auth still doesn't work. Same error: Invalid E-mail address, password or one-time code.

Malik, we don't work with temporary passwords. What I can do is issue a reset password email. @Jason Bosco could you please check?

Hmmm do you have any ad blocks? It might be messing with the google recaptcha

Do you perhaps use a VPN? Can you think of anything Google might be weird about?

I do not. However, the reCAPTCHA error only happens sometimes, the other error is "Invalid E-mail address, password or one-time code." which doesn't seem related to Google or anything.

Are you generating the 2FA code on an app and manualy inserting?

I am not using a 2FA for this, at least I don't think I have 2FA set up, but I will check now
