When we do an ext per collection, its already quite polluted in the extensions/cloud functions list as 2 func per collection (in our case we already have like 30 from TS), but there is also another aspect, whcih is in underlying GCP infrastructure, each time we install an ext, we have service keys created for that ext, so there is many TS ext- keys in CGP - which is not ideal - not sure if its possible longer term to do something about this ?
