due to some geopolitical issue, I have to host typesense on my own for a customer, I am already using the cloud and super happy with it. What are people usually doing for self hosting? I’d love a UI, I remember seeing one here

I use this locally and there's a decentralized one here that works over CORS, you don't even need to install it. You can just visit this and save the page https://bfritscher.github.io/typesense-dashboard
