Hey! I need help with Typesense Cloud - is this the right place to get help? Something seems wrong with billing and we’ve been getting charged 4-5x more per month than usual, and it seems that other people on our account can’t access our clusters

For billing issues, best to email support at typesense dot org so it's easy to look up your account. But I was able to find your account using your name. The invoices on your account page will list the exact charges by cluster ID, the RAM / CPU configuration for the cluster, number of hours and bandwidth usage for each weekly period.

Looking at your weekly usage invoice amounts, I see the same amount since the beginning of the year. Could you elaborate on this? There were some payment declines recently for a few consecutive weekly invoices, so when they finally went through, they might have shown up as charges that happened together, when in fact they were for different weekly invoices.
But you should be able to match up each transaction on your card to the invoices on your account page. If you need help with reconciliation, could you email support, and we can give you a consolidated list of links to all past invoices (you can also find these on your account page), and each invoice will list the payment transaction date

Once they login to their account, they need to use the account switcher on the top right of the page and switch to your team account before they can view the team cluster. If they're still having trouble, could you have them send us an email with the exact set of steps they're taking and what error they see?
