Could you elaborate on this? There were some payment declines recently for a few consecutive weekly invoices, so when they finally went through, they might have shown up as charges that happened together, when in fact they were for different weekly invoices.

If they're still having trouble, could you have them send us an email with the exact set of steps they're taking and what error they see?
