How can i use the server side cache for typesense and how does it work? The documentation says that i just have to send the

use_cache

parameter in my search query, but i see no speedup whatsoever when adding/removing this parameter. Also, it would be great to have a bit more information about this cache - does it cache the whole search result? The embedding?
