Looks like these were brief spikes due to a few heavy search queries. When you set the time window in the graphs to 6 hours, the unit of time on the x-axis becomes 30mins. So even if CPU spiked to 100% once during that 30min window, it will register as 100% on that graph. If you set the graph to p95, you should see much better metrics
