when i retrieve collection information, i get information for fields generated by a wildcard with

type:"auto"

In this collection, there are a mix of explicitly defined fields and auto fields. is there a way to determine if the field was autogenerated by auto, or is a user defined override/explicitly defined field? i'm trying to synchronize the "current" state of a collection to a defined "target" state of a collection, to better manage our schema.
