when summarizing history and the last query into one standalone question -> does it make the last query less important in whole context?

We don't have such feature for that and I think this will probably will change according to LLM behavior, but I can say that GPT models of OpenAI and Llama LLMs are pretty successful in generating decent standalone questions for most cases.
