I'm not from the Typesense team, but shouldn't you create an API key with limited scope to

collections

and

actions

and use that one in production instead of the main API key that is given to you when creating the TS account I presume. And again, I'm guessing you are using this on the client side, so definitely don't use API key that have all unlimited privileges.

I'm sorry I don't understand your issue nor I know enough about Typesense to help you, but if you have an admin API key, just use it, also you can create other API keys, according to the docs, so just create with the scope that you want.
