Hi there, Does anyone know where I can find latest helmcharts for typesense?

We don't have any officially maintained helm chart. There are few community maintained charts that you can find from searching.

I could only find 1 https://github.com/Spittal/typesense-helm which is unmaintained

Yes that's one of the charts. I haven't followed others closely.
