Is the payment automatically updated every month if I have a credit card registered? I recently had an issue with Algolia where the payment didn't renew, causing the search system to go down on my website. Are there any precautions I should take with payments?

By default we charge your card on file on a weekly basis.

If any payment fails, we’ll send you 4 email notifications (to the billing email address you’ve set on your account page) over a period of 12 days.

To prevent any unexpected interruptions, you could also prepay for multiple months from your account page, so we’ll deduct from that balance.
