I am new to Typesense I have installed in on my Ubuntu server on AWS, when I access URL: http://IP:8108/health I am getting the message as "{"ok":true}", I want to know how can I get a dashboard, anyone please help me with any document that can help me to get the dashboard. Thank you in advance!

The open source version has an API view only.
