Does Typesense store rejected documents on Disk still? According to TS when I list my collections, the collection has 0 documents. But if I look at the data folder it's using 17G, does that cleaned up at any point?

That most likely is from the Raft logs that store the data as well as the actions. It gets compacted when snapshotting happens every hour.
