i was using typesense cloud and performed a import of action upsert .....when i check typesense cloud it showed result of 1003 found out of 1000 in the search option shouldn't it be 1003 out of 1003

Could you refresh the page, to see if that updates the count?

oh yea refreshing worked ...but previously it didn't do anything when i refreshed.
