Hey! We have a cluster that is updating but it seems stuck. Does anyone know how we can get in touch with corporate/ an engineer for help?

The standard process is to email support @ typesense dot org But since you're already here, could you share the first 4 characters of your cluster ID
Based on our DM: Your cluster does not have High Availability enabled, so it's a single-node cluster and it will incur downtime as an upgrade happens proportional to the size of your dataset. To prevent this downtime in the future, you want to enable High Availability on your cluster, by going to Cluster Configuration > Modify and toggling High Availability on and then scheduling the change.
In an HA cluster, we rotate one node at a time during an upgrade, so the other two nodes in the cluster will continue to service traffic, while the 3rd node is being upgraded, which prevents downtime.

Thank you!!! We are up and running!
