Hello I need someone from customer support - We have an ex-team member who was the only person who had access to the account. We haven't used Typesense for well over half a year. I have no access to the account or the credit card, so we cancelled the credit card now, as we noticed we were still being billed by Typesense for it.
Who can I talk to about making sure the service is cancelled, and maybe possible getting some money back?
