We had too many batch writes which caused the reads to shut down due to healthy-read-lag

Okayy but in my case it was in the first time when i was trying to sync the data like usual

I see a spike of incoming traffic leading to Heavy CPU usage around 3PM ETC time, that should be why. It doesn't match any other write pattern
