I do have a curiosity question because probably like many others I first found elastic search and Algolia.

Which both have a nice logging system for their services like the saas for Algolia and Kibana for ES.

Is a kibana like logging panel also planned to happen for the opensource typesense?

Our view so far has been that logs can be pretty large and so not a good use case for an in-memory search engine like Typesense.

I presume you are talking about indexing and searching log files in Typesense via a Kibana-like UI?

Uhm yeah I think that's what I mean,

Maybe a better wording would be: "If typesense will have a way of retrieving usage stats from itself"
So the community/typesense can build a UI around it to show the health and stats of the typesense instance.

Oh you mean usage analytics. Got it. Yes we we are already thinking about an UI for browsing collections and seeing various stats.

aaah yes exactly what I meant. Totally blanked on the term usage analytics.
That's really promising news thanks for the clarification
